Credit Hour (CH) Tuition and Fees
The total tuition is around 7.000/ 3 years, in which:
- USD 65 per credit for all courses in the AAS program. The AAS program requires 62-67 credits in total.
- USD 260-550/ 1 level. The English program includes 6 levels. The number of credits for English which each student has to complete is based on the result of their placement test when they gain admission to SaigonTech. Students who get a TOEFL International or Institutional score of 500 (or above), TOEFL iBT score of 61 (or above) or TOEFL CBT 173 (or above) or IELTS 5.5 (or above) are exempt from the English program.
Tuition is to be paid per semester. Each academic year has three semesters: Spring, Summer and Fall. Tuition is subject to change and is informed one semester in advance.
If students have difficulties in meeting this deadline, they should contact the Office of Registration and Records as soon as possible.

Note: Payment can be made at any bank, however if it is made at the above four banks the transaction fees may be exempt. Banks receive money in VND, therefore please change the amount of fees payable in USD into VND at the bank's transfer selling rate. The deposit form must show student's name, ID and the fee receiver.

Students have to pay tuition on time during their study. The detailed rules are as follows:
| For Summer Semester |
| 1. |
If students cannot pay tuition before classes begin, they have to write letters to the Board of Management asking for permission to pay late (The letter must be submitted in the first week of each semester) |
| 2. |
In the second week, if students have not paid tuition and have not written the letters, they are still allowed to attend classes but their attendance will be unrecognized until they fulfill their payment. |
| 3. |
If students have not paid tuition in the first week, from the second week they will have 3 choices: |

If the students do not pay tuition, they will receive F(s) for all the courses they registered for in the semester. |

If the students want to drop all the courses they registered for in the semester, they have to submit a drop request and pay 25% tuition of each course (if they drop in week 2) and 75% tuition of each course (if they drop in week 3). After week 3, they are not allowed to drop and they have to receive F(s) for all the courses |

If the students want to keep studying this semester, they have to pay tuition and pay a fine (VND50,000/course for Summer 05 semester) within the second week of the semester. Students have to write a letter to the Board of Management, in which they will request the school approve their tuition and fines so that they can continue their study. |

In the third week, the school will terminate the tuition collection. Students who have not paid tuition and have not submitted a drop course request will receive F(s) on the transcript for all the courses they registered for. |
For Spring and Fall Semesters |
| 1. |

In the first and second week: if students have not paid tuition and have not written the letters, they are still allowed to attend classes but their attendance will be unrecognized until they fulfill their payment. |

Refunds
You receive a 100 percent refund for classes cancelled by SaigonTech. Refunds are made as soon as possible. If payment of your tuition and fees was made to SaigonTech directly by a sponsor, donor, or scholarship, the refund will be sent to the original payer, not to you, by the Accounting Department. This policy also applies to other refunds. |

Withdrawals and Drops
Fall, Spring, or Comparable Length Term
Students who reduce their course load or totally withdraw from the Institute will have their tuition and mandatory fees refunded as soon as practicable, according to the schedule listed below: (The indicated percentages are to be applied to the tuition and mandatory fees collected for each course from which the student is withdrawing) |
