Course Registration

ONLINE Course REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
FALL 2010 (September 13th 2010 - January 3rd 2010)

Pre-registered students
Registration times: 00:00 AM August 31st 2010 - 00:00 AM September 4th 2010
Non-pre-registered students
Registration times: 00:00 AM September 1st 2010 - 00:00 AM September 4th 2010

Important Notice: Students who successfully pre-registered AAS courses and meet the course prerequisites will have their names on the class rosters. If you want to change (add/swap/drop), you must do it by yourself in OMS during the official registration period. If you do not drop the class that you don't want to take, your name still appears in the class roster and you will get the F grade of this course in your transcript.
To register for your courses, please follow the following steps:


Step 1:

Use your OMS account to log in at:
http://oms.saigontech.edu.vn/saigontech_college/login.jsp.
You are responsible for the security of your username and password. If you forgot your password, please contact the registrars (Ms. Kieu Chinh chinhpk@saigontech.edu.vn) for a new one. (A fee will be charged according to the school's regulation.)

Step 2:

Click on the AAS Registration link to register for AAS courses
Click on the GE Registration link to register for GE, EB, EIT, PRO, SS, AC courses.
Click on the Others Registration link to register for Vietnamese courses and CL (Computer Literacy) course.

Step 3:

Refer to the Timetable before registering for any class.
The Timetable of AAS, AASE & GE is available on SaigonTech website, in your email inbox, and under the link Overall Timetable on the registration webpage. The timetable of Vietnamese courses will be sent to you in a separate announcement later.

Step 4:

In the new page select classes that you wish to register, and then click on the
"Register" button.
If your registration is successful, you will receive a message:
"You have successfully registered for your classes in Fall 2010."
If your registration is not successful, you have to repeat the process until you get the above message.
For AAS registration, select specialization of your choice before registering for classes.
Your registration is not successful because of the following:

  1. You do not meet the requirements in the AAS Enrollment Procedure.
  2. You do not meet the prerequisites for the classes you register.
  3. There is a clash between classes you register.
  4. The classes you register are full.
  5. The total number of credits of AAS, AASE and GE courses you register for Fall 2010 exceeds 19.

N.B.

  • After successful registration, if you need the Course Registration Confirmation, please contact the Registrar's Office.
  • If you wish to take more than 19 credits, you must bring your AAS/GE transcript to the AAS/GE Program Director for consideration.
